Health Insurance Fitness Programs Offered at the PACC

 

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota: BluePrint for Health® Fitness Discounts Program

If you're an eligible Blue Cross member*, you can get up to $20 per month reimbursement toward your membership fee if you exercise twelve** or more days per month. Up to two eligible adults (18+) per household can participate, with a maximum of up to $40 reimbursement per month. Get started today! HEALTHPARTNERS®: Frequent Fitness Program

Exercising can improve your health and save you money. Participants in the Frequent Fitness program by HEALTHPARTNERS® can qualify for a $20 reimbursement per month toward their membership by exercising twelve or more days per month. Details are available at the front desk.

Medica: Fit ChoicesSM

Fit ChoicesSM by Medica is a program through which qualified participants who work out at the PACC of minimum of eight days per month can receive a $20 reimbursement (per month) toward their PACC membership. Details are available at the front desk.

 

UCare: UCan!

The UCan! by UCare Activity Network is a fitness program for UCare for Seniors members who belong to the PACC. They will receive a reduction in their monthly club membership dues of up to $20 each month in which they work out at the PACC at least eight times a month. SilverSneakers Program

The SilverSneakers Program is the nation’s leading exercise program designed exclusively for older adults. Members receive a basic PACC membership at no cost. The program includes use of basic amenities and access to the signature SilverSneakers class. SilverSneakers is typically offered to Medicare-eligible members of a sponsoring health plan. Medicare-eligible members are adults age 65 and older, or, in some cases, those of any age deemed disabled and receiving Medicare.
