As a PACC member, you are entitled to one FREE fitness orientation to start you with the basics of strength and cardiovascular fitness.  Our qualified fitness staff will discuss your health history and current lifestyle to help form a plan that works for you.

Total Body Makeover

The Total Body Makeover is the perfect way to achieve the body that you desire, with all of the motivation that you need!!  You will meet with our Certified Personal Trainer to set up your exercise program and learn healthy eating strategies.  Also, you will be held accountable for yourself by recording all of your meals and exercise time into a journal provided for you, that you will discuss weekly with your trainer.  The trainer will help you reach your desired outcome, whether it be to lose weight, build muscle, or just to get in shape!!

Personal Training is an individualized fitness program that involves one-on-one exercise sessions that are designed to help you meet your fitness goals.  You and your personal trainer will work together to determine your goals, both long and short term, and develop a program specific to your individual needs.

Your personal trainer will keep you motivated with new and interesting workouts, fitness, nutrition, and wellness tips, and constant encouragement. 

Whether your focus is to increase strength, decrease body fat, or increase general fitness, PACC personal training is for you!!

Working with a personal trainer can help you make the most of your time and workout.  Knowing which exercises to do, how to do them, and when to do them can make your workout more enjoyable and provide results more quickly!
